During this phased project, we provided temporary on-site office space to accommodate Fort Snelling staff while we completed renovations, new construction, and site work. The project was completed 300 days ahead of schedule.
Our scope of work included complete renovations to the historic Public Information Building and Administration Building and construction of a new Memorial Rifle Squad Building, storage garage, and committal shelters. The extensive site work included mechanical and electrical upgrades throughout, storm sewer & waterline replacement, 36,500 lineal feet of new concrete curbs, 78,028 square yards of new asphalt paving, seeding and landscaping of 75 acres, and 20,664 new burial sites. We also constructed two columbarium plazas with 72 niche banks accommodating 6,912 individual niches.
