This two story sandstone structure in the Richardsonian Romanesque mode was built in 1889. We constructed a new building entrance on the north side and formed a new lobby to support a new four stop elevator on the interior of the building. Along with these items, we replaced all the windows in the building, restored 24 window openings back to the original arched design, repointed 15% of the building's exterior mortar joints, and replaced 25% of the exterior stone. All of the work was performed while the building was fully occupied and class was in session.
