This project included the remodeling of the third floor of the building and adding a fifth floor. The remodeling consisted of the removal of 60 percent of walls and all finishes in a 15,000 square foot area. We also installed new laboratory casework and nurse stations along with 27 new patient headwall units, a new pneumatic tube system, and material distribution system. The fifth floor extension consisted of a 2,500 square foot masonry office addition above the existing fourth floor.
