The Heraeus project is a 20-acre site that is zoned light industrial. There are three planned phases to the work. Phase one, which we completed, is a total of 60,000 square feet and included 22,000 square feet of clean room manufacturing, 28,000 square feet of conference, office and commons space, and 10,000 square feet of warehouse and workshop space.

Phase two, which totals 55,000 square feet, is planned for a future company acquisition and phase three, which includes another 55,000 square feet, will accommodate future growth of phase one’s operations.
