The Rock Bottom Brewery was a new tenant buildout at the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport.  The restaurant is full of custom architectural details and had a short nine week construction schedule.  The restaurant has a full kitchen, bar and seating area.  Early challenges pushed the schedule several weeks but with a dedicated crew and subcontractors, the entire finishes package was completed in only a few weeks and turned over on time to the owner.
