The construction consisted of a new two story state of the art dance and performance studio and associated site work.  The building façade is comprised of architectural precast panels, aluminum curtainwall and metal panels.  The first floor of the new facility contains office space, storage rooms, and one dance studio.  An elevator leads to the second level with three additional dance studios and storage space.  Site work consisted of a 37 stall asphalt driveway, retaining walls, landscaping and a retention pond.
