Concourse B & Northwest Airlines Phase Two Tenant Fit-Up

Our work on Concourse B consisted of site demolition, drilling through existing paving to rock for foundation caissons, excavation of rock and overburden, waterproofing systems, cast-in-place concrete structures, structural steel, unit masonry wall systems, metal panel systems, glazed aluminum exterior curtain wall systems, sunscreens, precast concrete sills, built up roofing, skylights, and necessary civil work.

The second phase of this project, the Northwest Airlines Tenant Fit-up, included 36 concrete caissons for new Jet Bridges, 41 ramp Information display signs at the new NWA gates, and finishing of spaces in Concourses A, B, and C. The interior scope of work included masonry wall systems, gypsum board systems, tile, paint and wall coverings, carpet, ceiling systems, tenant signage, and mechanical and electric work.
