The Eagle Brook campus is located on a 92 acre site on the east side of Lake Peltier in Lino Lakes, Minnesota. The building consists of three main zones: a two story 25,000 sq. ft. children’s wing; a lobby and gathering space that contains a book store, commercial style coffee shop and a large seating area; and a 2,100 seat worship center with state of the art sound, light and video systems.

The structure is a three story polygon shape with a concrete roof deck covered with insulated single-ply membrane roofing. The building frame is constructed of natural stone walls, colored precast panels to heights exceeding 50 feet, aluminum curtain wall systems, and metal panels. The roof structure is composed of both precast plank and long span steel joist and metal deck.

Our scope of work also included interior stairs, hollow metal doors and frames, various wall, floor, and ceiling finishes, interior and exterior lighting and complete mechanical and electrical equipment. The site development consisted of an on-site sewage treatment system, ten acres of asphalt paving, an extensive rain garden network and extensive landscape and irrigation systems.
