Sheehy Construction partnered with Miller Dunwiddie Architecture as a design/build team to assist Incarnation Lutheran Church in building a 25,275 square foot addition and the remodeling of approximately 7,550 square feet of the existing 54,000 square foot facility.

The addition consisted of classrooms, a large gathering and coffee bar area, a youth room, and a large multi-purpose room that is to be used for basketball and volleyball as well as for contemporary worship services.

The site work included extensive landscape screening due to its proximity to neighboring homes. The contracting method was a negotiated cost plus a fee with a guaranteed maximum amount and the project was completed approximately $350,000 under budget.
